This is a plain-language starting template. Have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.
Account information (email, username), the content you submit (ideas, notes, and posts), usage and billing data, and standard technical data (such as IP address and device/browser info) needed to operate the Service.
To provide and improve the Service, generate your AI output, process payments, enforce usage limits, secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account.
Ideas and prompts you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate output. We do not sell your content. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information you would not want processed by a third-party model.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles card data under its own security and privacy terms.
We use essential cookies for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not require non-essential tracking cookies to use the core Service.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run BrainDump AI (e.g. hosting, database, payments, and AI processing) and when required by law. Content you post to public areas (feed/showcase) is visible to others by design.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your notes and posts within the app, and you may request account deletion. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date below. Questions can be sent to support via the app.
