By creating an account or using BrainDump AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BrainDump AI generates AI-assisted business analysis, idea validation, and planning content. Output is generated by AI models and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome, accuracy, or result.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and may begin with a free trial. Usage is metered in credits; monthly allowances and purchased credit packs are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. "Buy an Idea" and credit-pack purchases are one-time and, where noted, final and non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the ideas and notes you submit. By posting to public areas (the idea feed or showcase) you grant us a license to display that content within the Service. You are responsible for content you submit and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish submitted content.
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, abuse rate limits, or use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainDump AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated output.
We may update these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date below.
